What is a water catalyst?
Of all the existing processes, whether through local distribution (our plumbers) or national distribution through DIY stores and others, it is the catalyst that remains the product to be preferred by individuals and professionals alike. This system will work without chemically modifying the water
For what reason?
The "catalyst" of the Greek "untie", this technology allows the transformation of immediate limestone by activating the ions of the molecules that are contained in the water. This process is made possible by the creation of a potential voltage by electrolysis or recently by a powerful static electricity field (Japanese patent) applied to water.
This treatment prevents deposits in the pipework. This system provides protection and descaling effect to installations already descaled. The advantages of this system are not the least
-water does not stagnate (legionella)

- no salt water discharged into nature (brine)
- no need to rinse resins (overconsumption of water) -

The operation of a softener
It is only to reduce the hardness of the water circulating in our pipes by an ion exchange process. It is also in cooking salt that we find sodium ions. By treating water in this way, we will increase the salt content in the water punctually after each rinse and also reduce the quantity of mineral salts contained in the water, resulting in a very particular change in its taste and nutritional quality. Even if the bioavailability of Calcium and Magnesium is not important, it is a pity to remove them from our current consumption, which remains an interesting contribution to our health. Some manufacturers do not hesitate to warn people with heart problems, high blood pressure and anyone who has to follow a salt-free diet
Many water softener installation diagrams recommend separating the tap water line from the salt-treated water system to solve the problem.
The result obtained with a galvanic or electrolytic system is the same as with a softener
except that instead of making the water "softer" (in fact we acidify it...) we will neutralize the incrusting action of the limestone ecologically
Limestone is formed mainly by the combination of magnesium and calcium molecules. Very hot water will increase scale formation and some installations are only done on this network. It is these formations of crystals in encrusting form that will attack the skin, generate a greater consumption of detergent products to eliminate them, and gently clog our pipes. The fact of transforming the encrusting limestone into non-encrusting limestone solves the problem like a softener but in a more environmentally friendly way
But the limestone treatment is not the main thing!
Water filtration is still a major asset for water treatment
The ideal solution is of course to integrate an ecological limestone treatment system but also filtration / purification completed by water saving devices from the beginning. To do this, we can opt for a scalable solution by purchasing the equipment as we go along (but no more manpower and assembly complexity.) or choose a complete processing plant that will represent a larger investment but will have optimum efficiency from the installation stage. (less manpower because of unique installation)
