What's the point of making practical kits if they're missing a part that's essential for proper assembly? Also, the tap thread was too short for the thickness of the worktop. Many imperfections for an expensive kit. Otherwise, communication is effective. That's a good thing, because these online sales sites often have no customer service.
Answer: Nothing is missing from what was delivered. It is well specified what the kit contains in the description of the product and not to forget the connection in bold! You note us badly whereas the error comes from you...
