Even if you are not equipped with a water softener or an anti-limestone device, filters are essential.
Your water is loaded with residues that circulate in the pipes of the public network.
The power plants treat the quality of the water but the various works and conditions of the pipes, some of which are old, will lead to an accumulation and therefore a release of materials that have accumulated over the years.


The Duo FR is the filter with rotary connection flange. Certified DIN-DVGW soundproof in class 1.

It is used as a filter connection for drinking water installations according to DIN 1988 The installation is carried out using the fully rotating integrated connection flange

The Duo FR works in all mounting positions.Thanks to its very compact design, it can also be used to protect individual appliances (dishwashers, drinking water heaters, etc.)

The Duo FR is designed as a manual non-return filter for connection sizes DN20 The cascade filter cartridge consists of a corrosion-resistant stainless steel filter element.

The size of the lower meshes is 90 microns and the upper meshes 125 microns.

Installation done by my plumber (150€), because our old farmhouse made the operation a bit tricky. We are surrounded by fields and the pipes are full of sludge and pesticides. Now our water is soft and pleasant to drink. There is no more mud residue under the kitchen drainer or in the shower gutter. Furthermore, our plumber did not know about these filters and after our feedback decided to order them. Thank you very much for your help.
